Kevin Monroe As managing partner and founder of X Factor Consulting, Kevin has gained national recognition for helping organizations build high-performance cultures. Kevin is an Expert in Residence for the Foundation Center on the topic of organizational sustainability. Since 2002, he has been a consultant for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration and has worked on a variety of organizational performance projects. Kevin’s major nonprofit clients include the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, the Meals on Wheels Association of America and Community Action Agencies. Kevin holds a BA from Mercer University and an MA in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. He is a professional member of the National Speakers Association. Kevin’s mission is to live, love, and lead authentically and help others do the same. For him, that means being a servant-leader and encouraging others along their servant leadership journeys.
