jamie-headshot-2016Jamie Smith: Jamie Lewis Smith, PhD is keenly aware of the fact that we spend more waking hours at work than with our families – so, we better make that time count!  It is her passion and ambition to make work as satisfying, engaging, and purposeful as possible for the individuals who are a part of the organizations she serves.  Leveraging her background as a Clinical Psychologist, Jamie uses her understanding of behavioral science to be a catalyst for organizational health and leadership effectiveness.  She has provided talent management and leadership development services across government, for-profit, and not-for-profit agencies.  During her time as an Organization Development Psychologist for the Veterans Health Administration, she was asked to spearhead the organization-wide Servant Leadership culture change initiative.  As a part of the effort, she designed and published a Servant Leadership 360-degree assessment tool, and a suite of developmental activities for leaders. Jamie is a research and assessment nerd. She has a deep interest in studying the factors that contribute to successful organizational culture change and developing servant leaders, about which she has published and spoken internationally.  Her favorite quote is by John Quincy Adams:
