Laura serves as the General Counsel for Gray Matters Capital (GMC), Gray Matters Charitable Foundation (GMCF) and their various affiliates. She joined the team in 2009, and has been overseeing the establishment of entities and their compliance with authorities and regulations in multiple countries, along with FBAR and PFIC filings ever since.
As the ‘Legal Eagle’, Laura researches, drafts, and reviews corporate structure documents, resolutions, memoranda and necessary agreements for these entities. She played a pivotal role in the establishment of the IDEX Fellowship Program.
She received her Bachelor of Science (B.S) from the Georgia Institute of Technology in History, Technology & Culture before venturing north to earn her Juris Doctorate from Vermont Law School.
Laura likes to keep herself active and gets her adrenaline rush by running, playing a game of tennis and skiing, besides watching American football, basketball & baseball.
