Patrick Solomon: Patrick Solomon is a certified Sherpa Executive Coach and a certified facilitator with the Sherpa Leadership Institute for “Enhancing Team Effectiveness” and “New Team Leader Assimilation”. Patrick focuses on high potential leadership coaching, behavioral change, individual and team coaching. Patrick has had the opportunity to coach managers and staff during his vast experience in the corporate world with BellSouth and also with the International NGO CARE USA. During his 13 years at CARE, Patrick has supported the work of CARE’s staff worldwide as they work to defend dignity and fight social injustice with a major focus on women and girls empowerment. Prior to CARE, Patrick spent 15 years working for BellSouth in Atlanta, Georgia. Patrick also worked for Marathon Oil Company and Proctor & Gamble. Patrick is very involved in his local community and is on the Board of Directors of 21st Century Leaders, a non-profit organization that connects, transform and inspires high school students to become the next generation of leaders.
